Often we are very hard on ourselves in these situations - you can begin to doubt yourself, your inner critic takes over, you have swirling thoughts or procrastinate on decisions - and with this can come anxiety, lack of sleep and mental wellbeing and overwhelm.

As well as being a qualified and experienced leadership and career coach and mentor, I have over 30 years experience in communications and policy. My career has spanned in-house and agency roles, many at senior leadership and management positions.
I'm fortunate to have had a career and roles I was passionate about (well mostly!). But it hasn't been without its challenges and stresses. I've had some fantastic career and leadership highs. But also some real professional lows and like most others, had to deal with personal ups and downs alongside my job.
I've felt and seen the power of great coaching and mentoring - and what it's like to be lost, unsupported or unsure of the next step. So when I decided to be a coach, I wanted to bring all of this into my approach - including what I have learnt, what was missing, what works and how to bring it together in a way that gets you the best results.
